TEB Capital Management will occupy 8,415 square feet of office space at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, a wellness-driven mixed-use project currently under development, which features a class A office building totaling 113,000 square feet across retail, a lobby, four floors of offices, and the rooftop.
