In 2025, GWD shifts its focus to the art of reconnection—with ourselves, our communities, and the planet. More than ever, this year’s theme encourages individuals to pause, reflect, and actively rekindle meaningful connections that enhance their wellbeing.
This year, Global Wellness Day ambassadors, key supporters and volunteers around the world will call upon individuals to pause, reflect, and actively participate in meaningful connections that enrich their lives by outlining the diverse dimensions of reconnection through the five essential steps of #ReconnectMagenta;
