Oases Opens Ayurvedic Restaurant and Bar in New York City

OASES, a wellness collective that opened its doors in the heart of New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood recently, has officially opened its accompanying bar and restaurant further transforming the landscape of holistic wellbeing. Founded by entrepreneur and fashion industry veteran Sonam Sangmo, OASES offers a sanctuary that harmonizes community, nourishment, and wellbeing, providing a haven for those seeking balance and rejuvenation.

The OASES Restaurant has a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu reflects a dedication to balance and wellbeing, combining culinary creativity with ancient Ayurvedic practices, and is accompanied by a bespoke mocktail program rooted in Ayurvedic practices that nourish the mind, body, and soul. The space serves as a cultural hub where like-minded individuals can gather, share, and experience the transformative power of mindful eating and living. "We are ecstatic to introduce the second phase of OASES," says Sonam Sangmo. “Since opening our doors to the cafe and bazaar, we have begun to cultivate a community that has been craving a space where guests can find nourishment and tranquility in the city that never sleeps. The bar offers a robust wine program featuring biodynamic and organic wines along with Japanese sake. Additionally, the OASES beverage program has been created in partnership with SHINDIG Cocktails, with a slew of wellness mocktails, inspired by seasonal ingredients and ayurvedic practices.
