The healthy hub features a gluten-free bakery that produces fresh bread, sesame crackers, and more. The gluten-free offerings are presented in glass jars to reduce packaging and are sold by weight, which supports zero waste.
The kitchen also offers a range of beverages, such as homemade probiotics, tonics, kombucha, house-made bitters, and more. Created with fresh Fijian ingredients, most of which are grown on property, the “living” drinks are designed to cleanse the digestive system and promote a healthy gut.
