Questex’s Be+Well | Beauty and Wellness Show New York took place this week at the Javits Convention Center. The fusion of two iconic industry brands—the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference (IECSC) and the International Beauty Show (IBS)—resulted in an incredible show that featured over 600 brands on the show floor, expanded offerings, increased education, a nail and makeup competition, a barber competition, and more. It was truly a must-attend event for beauty, spa, and wellness professionals. Here are five trends that I came across while walking the show floor:
- Exosomes: I came across so many exosome-based products on the show floor. Exosomes help promote tissue repair and reduce inflammation and are perfect for post-procedure care because of their regenerative, anti-aging, and skin-barrier repair properties.
- Hair and Scalp Products: Scalp health continues to be a trending topic in the industry and at Be+Well New York. The products I learned about at the show help to boost hair growth, reduce thinning, and manage oil for healthier hair.
- LED Devices: LED devices and equipment are everywhere on this year’s show floor. From handheld and travel-sized devices to full-body red light therapy beds and scalp serum applicators, LED is a hot topic.
- NAD+: Cellular longevity therapies, such as Nad+ were popular on the show floor this year. Nad+ products help to support cell repair, improve elasticity, increase collagen, and reduce wrinkles.
- Face Mists: I came across several newly launched face mists that help provide instant hydration and skincare benefits, and can be used alone or as a final step in a skincare routine.
If you missed the Be+Well New York show, be sure to register to attend Be+Well Las Vegas from June 27-29, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
