Encourage clients to have some fun in the sun with one of these summer-inspired nail designs.
CND
Step 1: Use CND Shellac to layer Ig-Night-Ed red-orange jelly over Catching Light’s bright yellow cream for a bespoke hue.
Step 2: Apply a matte top coat to add the perfect backdrop for the vibrant hand-painted petals to come.
Step 3: With meticulous detail, apply petals in Catching Light yellow cream and Meadow Glow cream using a fine brush, finishing with a high shine using No-Wipe+ Top Coat.
Step 4: Apply a delicate metallic line reminiscent of copper wire on each nail.
OPI
Step 1: Prep the nails and apply one coat of Infinite Shine Gel-Like Base Coat. Allow to dry.
Step 2: Apply Infinite Shine Self Looove and My Own Bestie in semicircles in opposite corners of the nail. Allow nails to dry for one to two minutes.
Step 3: Repeat step one on opposing corners using Infinite Shine On Cloud Fine and Funshine. Allow nails to dry for one to two minutes.
Step 4: Apply a coat of Infinite Shine Gel-Like Top Coat. Allow to dry.
Step 5: Apply ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil to the base of each nail and massage it in.
Dazzle Dry
Step 1: After thoroughly prepping the nail with Dazzle Dry Nail Prep and applying two coats of Base Coat, apply two coats of Sunset Glow on the thumb and middle finger, two coats of Snowcone on the index finger and pinky, and two coats of Coastal Cabana on the ring finger.
Step 2: With a striping brush, and working one color at a time, apply stripes and wiggle lines on the pinky and index fingers, repeat the process with the next two colors, and then go back over them with the same colors to thicken the lines and deepen the look.
Step 3: Using the same striping brush and Lunar Love, paint a sun on the middle nail, and add little gold highlights to the stripes and wiggle lines on the pinky and index fingers.
Step 4: Apply a generous layer of Top Coat, wait five minutes for it to dry, and then apply Mattify Top Coat to the index and ring fingers to add textural interest.
