SE Spa at Grand Velas Los Cabos (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico) now offers a new wellness experience for couples or small groups after dark called The Night Sound Healing. It is an immersive 130-minute aquatic experience designed to reconnect guests with their inner peace through sound and water. Set at dusk in the spa’s pool, this experience begins with an 80-minute Water Ceremony that prepares the body and mind to receive the healing energy of sound and features a eucalyptus-scented steam room with chromotherapy, polar pool, aromatherapy sensory shower, sauna, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory pool. A spa butler provides personalized direction to make sure guests get the most out of the hydrotherapy experience. Incorporating intentional movement, mindful breathing, and meditative stillness, the Water Ceremony encourages a sense of connection with the water’s natural rhythm. Following the Water Ceremony, guests are guided into the 50-minute sound healing session.
