Woodhouse Spa Adding Advanced Skincare to Menus Nationwide

Woodhouse Spa, the U.S.’s largest day spa franchise, is adding medispa services across its 90+ locations, citing clients’ desire to merge advanced aesthetic treatments with existing services such as Hydrafacials and microdermabrasion.

"Today's consumers are more informed than ever about skincare ingredients, preventative treatments, and professional wellness services," says Woodhouse Spa COO Ariel Clay. “We're continuing to evolve the Woodhouse experience to meet those expectations."

Rather than positioning medspa treatments as a separate experience, the company is integrating them into its existing service model across 20 states to create more comprehensive, long-term skincare and wellness plans.

A key part of the rollout is the introduction of new skincare technologies and products. Woodhouse is partnering with Korean skincare brand VENN, known for science-driven formulations and ingredients such as exosomes and spicule technology, commonly associated with advanced aesthetic treatments.

One example is the new VENN Regenerative Glow Facial, which combines specialized ingredients and microcurrent technology to help improve hydration, texture, and overall skin appearance.

For franchise owners, this addition represents an opportunity to capture a larger share of the rapidly growing aesthetics market, one of the fastest-growing categories within the broader wellness industry.

The company is supporting this strategy by introducing a new Club Membership program at select locations nationwide. The membership offers perks, discounts, and special events while encouraging guests to maintain consistent self-care and skincare routines.

The service expansion comes as Woodhouse continues to grow its geographic footprint. The brand opened new locations in Florida and Ohio earlier this year and plans additional openings in Kansas, Illinois, and Louisiana.
