Allergan Aesthetics introduced the inaugural Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) Faculty for the AMI Orange County and AMI Atlanta Training Centers. With a commitment to advancing the field and responsibly growing the aesthetics industry, this group of top educators has been chosen to help guide the development of the next generation of aesthetic injectors and shape the evolution of aesthetic education through their expertise and insights. "We are able to truly elevate the aesthetics education experience through our incredible partners who bring a focus on real-world practice insights and clinical differentiation of the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio to every training engagement," says Matt Williams, vice president, Allergan Medical Institute. "With nearly 500 best-in-class faculty driving our efforts, AMI offers a comprehensive training continuum that meets trainees wherever they are in their educational journey. This would not be possible without the unparallelled faculty expertise delivered through our training centers, large-scale programs, in providers' clinics and through AMI Online education modules."
The AMI Training Centers Faculty has been carefully selected based on their significant experience and commitment to elevating the aesthetics industry through training. Their extensive expertise in hands-on training, leading large-scale educational programs, and exceptional presentation skills will enhance the AMI Training Center experience for trainees.
Each training center will have a dedicated Allergan Aesthetics Clinical Education Team that will provide foundational learning principles aligned with Allergan Aesthetics products and standards. The AMI Training Center Faculty will supplement and enhance training with in-practice expertise and guidance to deliver the best in medical aesthetics education. In addition, AMI Training Center Faculty will still play a critical role within AMI's robust educational offerings in the field, in practice, and beyond.
Allergan Aesthetics has welcomed Dr. Saami Khalifian, medical director for the U.S. AMI Training Centers, alongside 38 additional AMI Faculty members who will share their knowledge, experience, and dedication to advancing aesthetic medicine.
These AMI Training Center Faculty members will lead the AMI Immersive Programs including Foundational Injectables, Evolving Injectables, Patient Safety and Advocacy, and Interactive Anatomy, in addition to continuing to support AMI programs outside of the centers.
