Repêchage recently hosted a transformative three-day event for spa and beauty professionals. The annual Day of Empowerment event took place August 3–5, 2025, and welcomed spa owners, estheticians, and industry experts to an immersive, educational experience designed to inspire and elevate professional skincare businesses. The event kicked off with an elegant evening of networking and fine dining at LIMANI New York, where attendees connected over drinks and gourmet cuisine, setting the tone for a weekend of professional growth and collaboration. The following day consisted of business empowerment at The Envue Hotel in Weehawken, NJ. During the Empowerment Day, attendees gained valuable insights from a lineup of industry leaders, including Repêchage CEO and Founder Lydia Sarfati, Executive Vice President Shiri Sarfati, Owner of Christie & Co Salon Lois Christie, and Senior Regional Director of Spa for the Northeast, Arch Amenity Group Alison Colbert. The day featured keynote presentations and strategy sessions focused on business growth, marketing, and leadership within the beauty industry. The event also celebrated industry excellence with the 30 Years Sea of Success Award 2025, honoring Julie Mahoney of Oasis Day Spa, Aujema Laungphaitoon of Holistic Spa and Beauty Co., Ltd. – Thailand, and Yolanda Amador of Repêchage Mexico.
The final day of the event concluded with a hands-on skincare education event: the Powerful Peptide Lifting Cryo-Facial & Advanced Skincare Workshop held at the Lydia Sarfati Post-Graduate Skin Care Academy in Secaucus, NJ. This intensive workshop introduced a new era in anti-aging technology, highlighting cutting-edge peptide complexes, cryo-therapy techniques, and advanced lifting massage protocols. Led by Lydia Sarfati and her team of educators, the session gave attendees an exclusive first look at new product innovations and treatment methods designed to deliver real, visible results. Attendees also had the opportunity to experience the facial for themselves and practice performing the protocol hands-on, enhancing both their technical confidence and client-ready skills.
