PDC Brands, the parent company of Dr Teal’s, Cantu, and Bodycology, has changed its corporate name to Arthēa.
The rebrand announcement marks a new phase in company strategy as it expands its presence in the wellness and personal care market. The move follows two years of business transformation under CEO Tarun Malkani’s leadership, Arthēa says.
While consumer-facing brands will remain unchanged, the new corporate identity reflects a broader focus on wellness-related categories alongside the company’s established hair-care, body and personal care, and fragrance portfolio. During the past two years, the company has invested in brand refreshes, product development, and expansion into adjacent categories.
“Arthēa represents both who we are today and the company we are building for the future,” Malkani says. “Wellness should not feel exclusive, complicated, or out of reach.”
PDC Brands reaches more than 95 million consumers in over 80 countries and recently introduced Sunryz, a body-care brand aimed at tweens.
